Overview

Arcules Audit Logs are a persistent set of records that show a user's activity within the platform, as well as some system events. This includes logging in/out, accessing video, making configuration changes, etc.

Accessing your Audit Logs

If you have the IT Manager Role, you will have access to your organization's audit logs. To get to them, click on the Settings icon on the left bar of the web portal.

From here, click on the section for Logs, and this will bring you to your audit log list.

Here you can use the magnifying glass icon to search the logs for a particular user, camera, or event.

The filter icon will allow you to filter down your logs to a particular date range. By default this will be in your local time.

Under the ellipsis menu, you have the options to either export the audit logs to a CSV file, or change the time to UTC.
