Within the Settings of your Arcules Web Portal, there is a section for Organization Settings. This is where settings that will impact the entire organization's operation are held.

To get to this section, click on the Settings icon on hte left bar of the portal.

You will then click on Organization Settings.

This section is for settings that are related to network configuration are placed.

The toggle for WebRTC is to enable this protocol across all users in the organization or not. By default it is enabled. For some customers, the local network or firewall devices does not allow for the use of this protocol. To ensure this protocol works, please follow our Network Readiness Guide for all port and endpoint configurations.
