Gateway Web Status Screen

Web-Based method to view the status of your gateway's connectivity to the cloud and service status

Updated over a week ago

Overview

Historically the only way to validate the status of the gateway and services was to plug a monitor into the physical unit. With the January 2026 release, Arcules has exposed a web-based interface to get to the same information.

Accessing the Web Status Screen

Via the Web Portal

If you are within the Arcules Web Portal, you can go to the Devices page

and selecting a Gateway.

From the device drawer, you can click on the link that appears as the IP Address of the gateway.

This will take you to the Web Status page within your local network.

Via URL

If you do not have access to the Web Portal, or want to access this page for say an IT member that doesn't have a login to Arcules, you can reach this page at:

HTTP://<IP of Gateway>/diagnostics/web/

Web Status Screen

This screen auto refreshes every 30 seconds with the latest statuses. From here you can validate the following information:

  • Current total Uptime for the Gateway

  • Cloud-Registration GUID

  • Activation ID (Primary MAC Address)

  • Current associated Datacenter

  • IP Configuration for each NIC

  • Status of connectivity to all endpoints listed in the Network Readiness Guide

  • Status of all Services on the Gateway

  • Current Registration status and Operating Status of the VMS

  • Version of all deployments on the Gateway
