Welcome to Arcules! We're thrilled to have you on board and can't wait to get you started with your new account. Here's a simple guide to help you through the registration and first login process:
Account Registration
Getting Started: Check your inbox for the "Arcules Welcome Email." Inside, you'll find a Register button - give it a click, and it will take you straight to the registration page.
Set Up Your Profile: Here, you'll create your password, and enter your first name, last name, and mobile phone number that must be able to receive SMS text messages. Adding a phone number is optional, but highly recommended for password recovery via SMS verification.
Verification: After filling in your details, hit the VERIFY button. You'll receive a text with an access code. Enter this code on the website and click Submit to confirm it's really you. You can skip this step if and click Continue if you choose to not add a mobile phone number at this time.
Security First: We take your security seriously. So, we'll ask you a couple of security questions. Once answered, click Complete and Login to reach the main login screen.
Log In and Explore: Now, simply log in with your email address and the password you just created. If your organization uses Single Sign-On (SSO), you'll find a special section for SSO login in this article.
Discover Your Dashboard: Once logged in, you'll land on the main dashboard. Here, you'll see various menu icons. Depending on your assigned role(s), some features may vary - roles are set by your administrators.
Note: If Single Sign-On (SSO) is enabled for your organization, please visit the User Login Page with SSO section in this article.
Congratulations! You've successfully logged in. Now, explore your personalized dashboard and menu icons. Depending on your Role(s), you may have a limited view of menu items and features. Roles are assigned by administrators when new users are added to an account.
Register your phone number after creating an account
Navigate to the profile page (user icon under the notification bell)
Click the edit profile (pencil) icon
Enter the phone number in the "Mobile Number field
Click VERIFY
Click the edit notification delivery (pencil) icon
Check the SMS checkbox and hit SAVE
What if I forget my password?
If you forget your password, click on the Forgot Password link located on the login page.
Enter the email address associated with your account to receive password reset instructions.
In the password reset flow, select SMS verification or security questions method. Type in your new password, SMS code or current security question answers and then click Reset Password.
Note: You must use a completely different password from any previously used password
What if I forgot the answers to my security questions?
Please reach out to the IT Manager in your organization. Ask the IT Manager to delete your account and then re-add it. After that, you can recreate your account.
