How to register your Arcules account and reset password

Welcome to Arcules! We're thrilled to have you on board and can't wait to get you started with your new account. Here's a simple guide to help you through the registration and first login process:

Arcules Authentication (Non-Single Sign On Users)

Invitation Email

You will receive an email from the Arcules platform, welcoming you to your new account. This email sometimes gets classified as Spam, or Junk. In Office 365, it can appear in your Other folder. This email will come from no-reply@arcules.com, and will look like this:

Once you receive this email, click the Register link to begin the process of creating your account.

Account Registration

Once you click the Register link in your welcome email, it will take you to the account creation web page.

  1. Set Up Your Profile: Here, you'll set your password, and enter your first name and last name. Optionally, you may enter your mobile phone number. This number must be able to receive SMS text messages from a US carrier. Adding a phone number is optional, but highly recommended for password recovery via SMS verification.

  2. Verification: If you have entered a mobile phone number, you will hit the Verify button. This will send an SMS to you to validate you are the owner of this phone number to proceed.

  3. Security First: We take your security seriously. So, we'll ask you a couple of security questions. These answers will be used to reset your password if you forget it. Once answered, click Complete and Login to reach the main login screen.

  4. Log In and Explore: Now, simply log in with your email address and the password you just created.

  5. Discover Your Dashboard: Once logged in, you'll land on the main dashboard. Here, you'll see various menu icons. Depending on your assigned role(s), some features may vary - roles are set by your administrators.

Congratulations! You've successfully logged in. Now, explore your personalized dashboard and menu icons. Depending on your Role(s), you may have a limited view of menu items and features. Roles are assigned by administrators when new users are added to an account.

Registration and logging with with Single Sign On (SSO)

If your organization utilizes Single Sign On, you will not get a registration email automated from the system. Your system administrator will notify you once your account is created.

You will simply go to https://manage.arcules.com and enter your email address to log in.

If you have issues logging in, verify with your system administrator your account is created, and the email address entered for you matches your email address. If there are still issues, please reach out to Arcules Support.

Register your phone number after creating an account

  1. Navigate to the profile page (user icon under the notification bell)

  2. Click the edit profile (pencil) icon

  3. Enter the phone number in the "Mobile Number field

  4. Click VERIFY

  5. Click the edit notification delivery (pencil) icon

  6. Check the SMS checkbox and hit SAVE

What if I forget my password?

  1. If you forget your password, click on the Forgot Password link located on the login page.

  2. Enter the email address associated with your account to receive password reset instructions.

  3. In the password reset flow, select SMS verification or security questions method. Type in your new password, SMS code or current security question answers and then click Reset Password.

Note: You must use a completely different password from any previously used password

What if I forgot the answers to my security questions?

Please reach out to the IT Manager in your organization. Ask the IT Manager to delete your account and then re-add it. After that, you can recreate your account.
