Health Status - see the health status of devices at a glance

Occupancy Status - monitor real-time occupancy levels

Door Monitoring - view door cameras and perform access to doors
Note: Access Control is currently only available to existing Access Control customers.
Use this data to discover things like:
What time of day traffic in your store peaks
Where people are spending their time in your stores
If people are checking out that new advertisement
Your store's current occupancy
If people entering your facility has an elevated body temperature
Create and manage your dashboards
Before you begin:
Dashboard and widget availability is limited to specific user permissions. Check with your administrator if you don't have dashboard access.
You must be logged in with a user account with IT Manager privileges to enable cloud analytics for your organization.
Create a new dashboard
Click + NEW DASHBOARD
Enter a name for your dashboard and click SAVE
Manage your dashboard
Add widgets
In your Arcules account, navigate to Dashboards
In the upper right, click + ADD A WIDGET
In the right panel, select the your desired widget type
Toggle on the widget to enable it on your dashboard
Edit widget size
Click the more menu of the widget to choose a chart size
Rearrange widgets
Simply drag a widget to rearrange your dashboard layout
Remove widget
To remove a widget from your dashboard, click the more menu of the widget and select Remove Widget
Edit dashboard name
Click the more menu and select Edit Dashboard Name
Delete dashboard
Note: Your default dashboard cannot be deleted
Click the more menu and select Delete Dashboard
Interactive Heat Maps
You can click any heat map on your dashboard to zoom in to a larger view. From this view you can adjust the start and end date and time to see your heat maps over a specific range.
Note: Thumbnails are not immediately visible for a few minutes after enabling Cloud Analytics for video device.
