How to register your Arcules account and reset password

Welcome to Arcules! If you're new here, you'll need to create an account to access all the features and benefits our platform has to offer. In this article, we'll explain how to register your new account, what information you'll need to provide, and how to reset your password.

Registering an Arcules account under the US and EU datacenter

  1. Click Register button in welcome email

  2. Create a password, enter first name, last name and phone number

  3. Click VERIFY to receive SMS text

4. Enter 6-digit code

5. Click CONTINUE

6. Select security questions and answers

7. Click COMPLETE AND LOGIN

Registering an Arcules account under the JP datacenter

  1. Click Register button in welcome email

  2. Select language in the drop down, create a password, and enter first name, last name

3. Click CONTINUE

4. Select security questions and answers

5. Click COMPLETE AND LOGIN

Enabling SMS for your profile under the Japan datacenter

  1. Navigate to the profile page (user icon under the notification bell)

  2. Click the edit profile (pencil) icon

  3. Enter the phone number in the "Mobile Number" field

  4. Click VERIFY

  5. Click the edit notification delivery (pencil) icon

  6. Check the "SMS" checkbox and hit SAVE

What if I forget my password?

  1. If you forget your password, click on the Forgot Password link located on the login page.

  2. Enter the email address associated with your account to receive password reset instructions.

  3. Password reset flow

    -Select SMS verification or security questions method. Type in your new password, SMS code or current security question answers and then click Reset Password.

Note: You must use a completely different password from any previously used password

What if I forgot the answers to my security questions?

Please reach out to the IT Manager in your organization. Ask the IT Manager to delete your account and then re-add it. After that, you can recreate your account.
