As part of the Axis Operating System (OS), there are two available tracks for system management:
Long Term Support (LTS): Focuses on stability, offering well-integrated third-party systems along with regular bug fixes and security updates.
Active Track: Provides the latest features and functionalities, as well as bug fixes and security patches.
Arcules Camera to Cloud (C2C) devices support Axis OS versions dating back to 11.4. For the best experience, Arcules recommends using Axis OS version 11.11.109 LTS for our C2C devices.
With the upcoming release of a new version in the Active Track (OS version 12), we want to inform you that our devices don’t yet support this version. We’re actively working to support it soon, but for now, Arcules recommends using Axis OS version 11.11.109 LTS for our C2C devices. This will ensure you continue to receive the latest updates, security patches, and enhancements.
