Overview
In this article, you’ll find a list of supported C2C devices that have been certified for the best performance with the Arcules platform, along with additional devices that, while not yet officially certified, are expected to be compatible with our platform based on their technical specifications.
Certified Camera
The i-PRO (ipro) camera models listed in this category have been thoroughly tested and certified by our engineering team for optimal performance with the Arcules platform. We guarantee full compatibility and provide comprehensive support.

In the i-PRO platform, the camera models that meet the following minimum requirements:
System-on-chip: Ambarella CV25M.
Single sensor.
Supports 1920x1080 resolution at 10 Frames per Second (FPS).
SD Card Installed.
are expected to be compatible with the Arcules platform. While not yet formally certified, we provide best effort support for these devices. We encourage you to test these models in your environment and welcome feedback on your experiences.

AI Detection Apps for People and Vehicle Search
Being on the supported devices list confirms your camera hardware is compatible with Camera-to-Cloud. To also use People and Vehicle forensic search, the camera must run a supported on-camera AI detection app.
Install AI People Detection or AI Vehicle Detection applications: Only one of these apps can be installed at a time, and it must be version 4.20 or later.
Remove AI-VMD first: i-PRO devices ship with AI-VMD installed by default. AI-VMD does not produce detections for Arcules, so uninstall it before installing AI People Detection or AI Vehicle Detection.
Enable the app on the status page. After installing, enable the detection app on the device's i-PRO Camera-to-Cloud (C2C) status page.
When detections are working, you'll see yellow and green markers on the playback timeline; those markers are what forensic search uses to return People and Vehicle results.
Note: If you see no timeline markers at all, detections aren't being generated, confirm a supported AI detection app (version 4.20 or later) is installed and enabled, and that AI-VMD has been removed. If markers appear but forensic search returns no results, contact Customer Care. AI-VMD compatibility with Arcules detections is under evaluation and is expected in a future release.
