In this article, you’ll find a list of supported C2C devices that have been certified for the best performance with the Arcules platform, along with additional devices that, while not yet officially certified, are expected to be compatible with our platform based on their technical specifications.

The Axis camera models listed in this category have been thoroughly tested and certified by our engineering team for optimal performance with the Arcules platform. We guarantee full compatibility and provide comprehensive support. In the Axis platform, the camera models that meet the following minimum requirements: 

Supports 1920x1080 resolution at 10 Frames per Second (FPS)

- System-on-chip: ARTPEC-8
- Single sensor
- Memory (minimum): 1 GB (RAM)
- Supports 1920x1080 resolution at 10 Frames per Second (FPS)
- Axis Object Analytics

- SD Card Installed

are expected to be compatible with the Arcules platform. While not yet formally certified, we provide best effort support for these devices. We encourage you to test these models in your environment and welcome feedback on your experiences.

<b>Note:</b> For optimal experience and guaranteed support, we recommend selecting camera models from our <b>Certified Camera</b> column. 

Use an AXIS MicroSD card for Edge Storage

We recommend <a href="https://www.axis.com/products/edge-storage" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">AXIS MicroSD</a> cards for Arcules Camera-to-Cloud Edge Storage.

We recommend the Axis <a href="https://www.axis.com/products/axis-surveillance-card-512-gb" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">512 GB</a> or <a href="https://www.axis.com/products/axis-surveillance-card-1-tb" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">1 TB</a> size card to achieve your expected retention time.
