Visualize more of your data by creating dashboards for different reporting purposes. See your metrics in one place with a fully customizable layout and the power to mix and match widgets.

Your Starting Dashboard
By default, you will have a dashboard with two of our widgets positioned on it.
Below we will go over the available widgets you can add to increase your visualization of important data surrounding your devices. You can also add multiple dashboards to help group widgets and keep your data grouped together.
Create and manage your dashboards
Before you begin:
Dashboard and widget availability is limited to specific user permissions. Check with your administrator if you don't have dashboard access.
You must be logged in with a user account with IT Manager privileges to enable cloud analytics for your organization.
Create a new dashboard
Click + NEW DASHBOARD
Enter a name for your dashboard and click SAVE
Edit dashboard name
Click the more menu and select Edit Dashboard Name
Delete dashboard
Note: Your default dashboard cannot be deleted
Click the more menu and select Delete Dashboard
Available dashboard widgets
Site Health
Health Status - This widget gives you a system health snapshot of any Sites and Locations you have access to. Without having to go into a list of devices, you can quickly see what is online or offline, and know if your system needs health attention.
Notifications - This widget will give you a list of any Notifications or Alarms from triggered Rules that have occurred recently that have been sent to you, giving you a quick access reference to alerting items.
Analytics-Based Widgets
Note: Thumbnails and graphs are not immediately visible for a few minutes after enabling Cloud Analytics for video device.
People Count - This widget gives you information about the peak number of people detected during a time period. This available with Arcules Cloud Analytics, or with Axis and Hanwha Edge Analytics.
Parked Vehicle Count - This widget gives you information about the peak number of parked vehicles detected during a time period. This available with Arcules Cloud Analytics, or with Axis and Hanwha Edge Analytics.
Heat Map - This widget gives you an overlay for where people are most commonly detected during a time period. This available with Arcules Cloud Analytics, or with Axis and Hanwha Edge Analytics.
You can click any heat map on your dashboard to zoom in to a larger view. From this view you can adjust the start and end date and time to see your heat maps over a specific range.
Specific Device & Edge Analytics
Thermal Status - monitor real-time thermal alarms (Currently Mobotix)
Legacy Access Control
Door Monitoring - This widget allows you to see the status of the selected door, view cameras associated to the door, see the amount of accesses by time of day, and grant access to the door manually.
Note: Access Control is currently only available to existing Access Control customers.
Use this data to discover things like:
What time of day traffic in your store peaks
Where people are spending their time in your stores
Are you experiencing high queueing times?
Do you have people flow problems?
Your area's current occupancy
If people entering your facility has an elevated body temperature
Manage your dashboard
Add widgets
In your Arcules account, navigate to Dashboards
In the upper right, click + ADD A WIDGET
In the right panel, select the your desired widget type
Toggle on the widget to enable it on your dashboard
Edit widget size
Click the more menu of the widget to choose a chart size
Rearrange widgets
Simply drag a widget to rearrange your dashboard layout
Remove widget
To remove a widget from your dashboard, click the more menu of the widget and select Remove Widget
